Sharleen Sutjitra is an illustrator and graphic designer originally from Indonesia, now based in Cambridge, UK. She earned a Visual Communication Design degree in 2019 and recently completed an MA in Children’s Book Illustration in Cambridge School of Art with distinction.

Her illustrations and stories are mainly inspired by everyday moments: silly, adventurous, and tender - that kids can relate to and enjoy. She creates character-driven work using a mix of digital and analogue techniques, with a little animation to bring movement and life to her stories.
