My name is Sharleen Sutjitra, and I am an illustrator and graphic designer originally from Indonesia, now based in Cambridge, UK. I earned a Visual Communication Design degree in 2019 and recently completed an MA in Children’s Book Illustration in Cambridge School of Art.

 

My work is greatly inspired by animals and nature. I primarily create illustrations using my Wacom pen, and sometimes mix in analogue techniques to bring different atmospheres to my art. I also enjoy experimenting with animation to add movement and life to my stories - often while sipping a cup of hot chocolate.
