My name is Sharleen Sutjitra, and I am an illustrator and graphic designer originally from Indonesia, now based in Cambridge, UK. I earned a Visual Communication Design degree in 2019 and recently completed an MA in Children’s Book Illustration in Cambridge School of Art.

My illustrations and stories are inspired by everyday moments: silly, adventurous, and tender - that kids can relate to and enjoy. I create character-driven work using a mix of digital and analogue techniques, with a little animation to bring movement and life to my stories.
